Citizens Advice response to the Ofgem Statutory consultation on the removal of EV POLR provision from SLC 31F
We support the proposal to remove the PoLR provisions contained in SLC 31F ‘Requirements relating to Electric Vehicle Recharging Points’ of the Electricity Distribution Standard Licence as noted within the consultation document.
Our reasons for supporting this proposal were provided in our response to the prior informal consultation and remain unchanged.
