General Adviser/Trainee Advice Session Supervisor

The Role: Working as part of our advice team, the Generalist Adviser/Trainee Advice Session Supervisor will assist the Supervisor on duty to support volunteers and other staff delivering the general advice service. The Generalist Adviser/Trainee Advice Session Supervisor will be under the immediate direction of the Supervisor on duty to ensure the smooth running of the service for clients.

About You: You will have excellent communication skills and be able to keep calm in busy situations. You will ideally have two years of recent experience of giving advice (or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience), be non-judgemental and willing to work within the aims, principles and policies of the Citizens Advice service.
