Trainee Generalist Adviser

We're looking for a Trainee Generalist Adviser to join our team in one of the most diverse boroughs in London.

Our advisers are based at our office in Earl’s Court and see clients for pre-booked appointments there. You'll also see clients at our drop-ins across the borough and provide telephone advice on our adviceline service.

We'll work with you to complete Citizens Advice' comprehensive Adviser Learning Programme to give you the skills you need to work with our clients and give them the best possible advice. Our training includes getting your first experience of client work by being our clients' first point of contact, observing advice appointments, and triaging clients over the phone and at a drop-in.
