Am y rôl

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead and inspire teams delivering high-quality advice services. You will be a strong people leader, confident in driving performance, managing service delivery, and adapting your approach to get the best from individuals.

Based in Sandwell and Walsall, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met across services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and develop staff to deliver excellent services

Monitor performance against KPIs and funder requirements

Ensure high-quality advice and positive client outcomes

Oversee service delivery, resource planning, and team performance

Maintain accurate reporting, case management, and compliance (including GDPR)

Drive continuous improvement and promote collaborative working

About You

Proven experience in operations or service management

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience working to targets and quality standards

Ability to coach, support, and develop teams

Organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality services
