Every day, people across Kent face difficult financial situations that can feel overwhelming. As a Trainee Debt Adviser, you’ll receive full training and support to develop specialist advice skills, helping people understand their options, manage debt and improve their financial wellbeing.

No previous debt advice experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, a great communicator and genuinely motivated to learn. Through a structured training programme, you’ll develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to become a qualified specialist adviser.

What you’ll do:

Complete specialist debt advice training

Support clients facing financial difficulties

Learn how to provide advice and casework

Work alongside experienced advisers in a supportive team
