Homelessness & Housing Outreach Caseworker

We’re expanding our impact with an exciting new project and looking for a Homelessness & Housing Outreach Caseworker to join the team. This is a crucial frontline role aimed at bringing advice directly to those who need it most within our community, supporting the "Ending Homelessness in the Community" initiative. As Outreach Adviser, you will deliver targeted advice, casework, and support in community venues, ensuring accessible, person-centred assistance for vulnerable individuals facing homelessness, housing instability, or severe financial distress.

You will work closely with community partners, local authorities, and local charities to identify individuals in need, offer proactive intervention, and help clients achieve stable housing, maximize income, and resolve debt and benefit issues.
