Generalist Adviser

We need a generalist adviser who can deliver advice across a range of subjects to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.

Specific requirements:

- Experience delivering advice with a particular focus on benefits, and debt as well as housing, employment, immigration, discrimination, and family issues.

- Managing workloads and prioritising tasks

- What you can bring to our organisation

You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.

Trainees will be considered must it is beneficial to have prior knowledge and awareness of current debt and benefits areas
