Citizens Advice Shropshire is recruiting a

Debt Caseworker/Trainee Debt Caseworker

If so you can help us. We are looking to employ a Debt Caseworker/Trainee Debt Caseworker to work in our Shrewsbury office.

Hours per week: 37 hours per week

Salary: £27,776 (£25,300 Trainee) + Pension Contribution

Holidays: 28 days + Bank Holidays FTE

Contract type: Fixed Term to December 2025 – possible extension depending on funding

In this role, you will be responsible to our Specialist Services Manager. As the member of CAS Debt Team you will undertake debt casework to assist clients with debt issues.
