Money Adviser Admin Assistant

At Citizens Advice Bexley, we're helping more people than ever who can't afford to cover essential costs - food, energy and housing. When we help people with one cost-of-living issue, we generally see they need help with another, adding to demand for our services. In 2024 clients came to us with an average of 2.4 issues, this has increased to 3.2 issues in 2025 and we expect this to continue. We support people at the earliest possible stage when they are facing challenges with housing, debt and benefits.

We’re really pleased to have received National Lottery Funding to employ a Money Advice Assistant to support our Money Advisor to further provide more time and support to our clients.

Role profile

This role supports our busy Money Advisor, who provides money and debt advice to Bexley residents. You’ll provide essential support to the team and our clients at a time when demand for debt advice is increasing. You’ll need to be well organised, client-focused and able to work within our policies and procedures.
