Advice Session Supervisor

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our supervision team. Reporting to our Advice Services Manager, this role consists of supervision and providing help and advice. You will be required to cover projects as part of your role. Full details can be found in the application pack.

The ideal candidate will have Citizens Advice experience, but we would consider individuals who have experience in providing help and advice / supervision. Training will be provided for the right applicant.

Terms of Appointment

Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week. Job share considered.

Normal office hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 am -5:00 pm. Some flexibility may be required to meet business requirements.

Holiday allocation is 33 days per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro rata).
