Money and Debt Advice Caseworker

Citizens Advice Somerset are excited to invite applications for two new posts that will support our general advice service, Income Maximisation Team and feed into the more formal work of our debt caseworkers delivering our MaPs funded programme.

The successful candidates will join a very friendly and accomplished team. If you are confident and calm and able to achieve great outcomes for clients from all backgrounds and circumstances we would like to hear from you. We use AI tools to assist our staff with their case notes and you must be comfortable working with online applications and technology.

Hours between 22.5 – 37.5

Salary: £28,696 – without DRO status, and £30,961 MaPs and DRO experienced
