Money Advice Team Leader

Are you interested in joining our team as a Money Advice Team Leader?

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our money advice service is delivered to high quality standards in accordance with Advice Quality Standard and FCA regulations. You will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver quality services, helping the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives. You will undertake quality monitoring activities and also support the team through the provision of money advice via face to face, telephone and digital channels.

To do this role, you’ll need:

- the Certificate in Money Advice Practice or sound technical knowledge of debt advice

- experience of leading and managing a team to achieve excellent client outcomes

- to be self motivated with good time management skills in order work to targets
