Head of Advice

Citizens Advice Islington (CAI) is a well-established service run by RCJ Advice – Citizens Advice & Law Centre, providing information, advice, and casework support to nearly 7,000 local people per year with over 13,000 enquiries. We deliver holistic social welfare advice by phone, online and in person to support to local residents, including an outreach advice service in various community locations.

We are recruiting a Head of Advice to join our Islington team, to lead on managing the core services run from our office on Upper Street. You will work alongside our Advice Session Coordinators, our Caseworkers, the core advice team, and a growing team of volunteers to deliver an effective and valued advice service in Islington. CAI is a busy advice service working within a diverse community. We want to recruit someone with experience of delivering an accessible high quality social welfare advice service, who has experience of managing advice staff and/or volunteers.
