About the role
Join Citizens Advice Richmond as a Crisis and Resilience Adviser
Citizens Advice Richmond is launching a new project, funded by Richmond Council in response to the cost-of-living crisis, and is seeking a Crisis and Resilience Adviser to support residents who receive help from the Crisis and Resilience Fund. This rewarding role offers holistic support to households in hardship, responding to immediate need while working towards long-term financial resilience.
You will act as a single point of contact for clients, helping them maximise their income and reduce their expenditure across welfare benefits, debt, housing and related issues – completing benefit applications, applying for grants on their behalf, and referring into our Manage Your Money team. The role involves casework, community outreach, and partnership working with council officers and the voluntary sector.
