About the role
An exciting opportunity to join our successful Money & Pension Service (MaPS) team, delivering debt advice for local Essex residents.
We are ideally looking for an experienced Debt Adviser to work on this project, however training is available for the successful candidate if required. This role is primarily home based, with some travel across Essex to support clients face to face, including clients in Chelmsford, Epping and Harlow.
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record of meeting the Money & Pension service contractual requirements in terms of quantity and quality, or the ability to succeed in the role after a period of training. The project worker is supported by our internal technical supervisor.
The aim of this project is to support our clients with the debt issues they have. This includes the provision of regulated debt advice and support.
