About the role
Citizens Advice Swale is an independent local charity providing free, impartial and confidential advice locally within the Borough of Swale, supporting over 2000 clients annually through our face-to-face, phone and online services. We currently have a vacancy for a Project Supervisor to join our team providing advice and support to our clients and volunteers.
The role will support our existing team of Advice Session Supervisors covering advisers working remotely and in our offices in Sittingbourne and Faversham. The role will include supporting and developing our outreach energy projects as well as increasing our presence on our Adviceline.
This is an opportunity for someone with recent experience in a Citizens Advice setting or equivalent, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high quality advice service. Ideally the individual will be able to self supervise and have a full clean driving license. You will need to operate flexibly, manage fixed and self-managed time effectively, and work well under pressure. Additionally, you must understand and value Citizens Advice aims and principles.
