About the role

Conduct client conversations using empathetic listening and skilful questioning techniques.

● Use resources such as Citizens Advice, government databases, and authorised information sources to locate, interpret, and effectively communicate relevant information to clients.

● Determine accurate benefit entitlements, including conducting benefit checks when necessary.

● Assist clients in exploring options and guide them through the process of starting or submitting applications as needed.

● Internal Referral and Signposting:

Identify opportunities for internal referral or external signposting to other agencies based on client needs.

***Please note the successful candidate will need to have a willingness and flexibility to work hours that support our service delivery between 8am and 6pm. The successful candidate will also need to have a secure and reliable internet connection.
