Consumer Energy Debt Advice Supervisor

As our Debt Supervisor you will support a team of advisers helping people face concerns around their energy debt to understand their options, build confidence and improve their financial resilience. This is a fulfilling role for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the local community. You will provide line management and supervision to our CEDA advisers. You will ensure compliance with FCA and Money Advice standards and support the continuous development of the wider team by aiding them with complex cases where required.

This is a role where your work can directly improve people’s lives and ideal for an experienced debt caseworker looking to move forward with their career.

The successful candidate must have at least two years full time (or equivalent) experience delivering debt advice and be accredited to the supervision level in accordance with the MaPS Quality Framework for individuals.
