About the role
Citizens Advice Bedford & Mid Bedfordshire is looking for an exceptional Business Administrator & Coordinator to ensure the efficient running of our offices and to support our fantastic volunteers and staff. You will have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to undertake office administration to the highest standard.
Working closely with the Deputy CEO, this role gives an opportunity to review current practices and procedures and to implement improvements to ensure they are effective and efficient.
You will be proactive and highly organised with excellent administration skills and attention to detail. You will be able to use your own initiative and put our staff and volunteers at the heart of what you do.
Working with the Senior Management team you will contribute to the overall development of the service. Your high organisational skills will thrive when working closely with our staff & volunteers, this includes welcoming new volunteers & staff into our service and helping to develop our existing ones.
This is a hybrid role, and you will be based across our offices in Ampthill, Biggleswade & Bedford, as well as remotely.
