Pay gap reports

We have a legal duty to publish our gender pay gap data every year.

We don’t have to report other pay gaps, but we’re committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. So since 2021 our pay gap reports have included details about our:

gender pay gap - the difference in average hourly pay between men and women in the organisation
ethnicity pay gap - the difference in average hourly pay between white colleagues and colleagues of colour
disability pay gap - the difference in average hourly pay between non-disabled colleagues and disabled colleagues

Our 2025 pay gap report

Our most recent pay gap report is for 2025. It includes our full 2025 pay gap figures, analysis of the data, and what we’re doing to reduce our pay gaps.

2025 main gender pay gap figures

Our gender pay gap reduced to 10.3% in 2025 - down from 10.7% in 2024. This continues the progress we made over the previous 3 years.

2025 main ethnicity pay gap figures

Our ethnicity pay gap remained at 0% in 2025 - with no change from 2024. This means we completely closed our ethnicity pay gap, which is very encouraging.

2025 main disability pay gap figures

Our disability pay gap reduced to 2.8% in 2025 - down from 4.2% in 2024. This is an encouraging sign of progress.

Reducing our pay gaps

The 2025 pay gap report shows that some of the action we’ve taken to reduce our pay gaps has been effective. But we have more to do to:

make sure our pay gaps decrease each year
maintain our 0% ethnicity pay gap

For example, we’re planning to introduce workforce accountability targets. The targets will focus on disparities that our data shows exist for disabled colleagues, women and colleagues of colour, as well as other marginalised groups.
