You can talk about your issue with a trained adviser online. We’ll try to help you solve your problem or make good progress towards it. In some cases, we might need to send you to your local Citizens Advice or a specialist organisation.
Chat is usually available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. It's not available on public holidays.
Start a chat
To start a chat, select the round chat button at the bottom right of your screen.
If you use a screen reader, you can start a chat by looking for the 'Start chat' button. You can find it in your screen reader's forms list, or it's located at the end of the page.
To connect you to the right adviser, we’ll ask you for a few details, including:
the kind of advice you need, for example ‘Benefits’
your postcode
It might take a few minutes to connect you to the right adviser. If the right adviser isn't available, we'll take a message from you so we can get back to you by email. We’ll email you within 5 days. If you don’t get a reply, check your spam or junk folder.
