Meet & Greet and Office Administrator
Hours: 25 hours/week. Tuesday – Friday, 9am – 3.15pm
Salary: £16,575 per annum
Location: Citizens Advice, Swanley Centre, Swanley, BR8 7TQ
Within this interesting and varied role, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable clients to access our advice services. You will not be expected to give advice yourself but your role will be vital in making sure everyone, no matter how vulnerable, can access our advice in the most appropriate way. You will be giving assistance to anyone who comes to our advice centre in the Swanley town centre, by giving them information on how to access our advice. You will also be providing essential office administration support, to ensure our office and advice services run effectively. As a small organisation, there are always lots of opportunities to get involved in other pieces of work, depending on your interests
The successful candidate will be given full training and you will:
- make a real difference to people’s lives and have a positive impact in your local community.
- learn about a range of issues such as benefits, debt, employment and housing.
- build on valuable skills such as communication, listening and problem solving and increase your employability.
- gain relevant and practical experience in administration and receptionist skills.
