Project Delivery Officer (Kent Advice Hub)

Are you an organised, proactive relationship-builder who enjoys making things happen?

We’re looking for a Project Delivery Officer to help deliver and develop the Kent Advice Hub, an innovative county-wide service improving access to free, confidential advice through video advice and community-based kiosks across Kent.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll:

• Coordinate projects and service delivery across Kent

• Build relationships with community organisations, local authorities and partners

• Support the development of community kiosk locations

• Monitor performance and use data to drive service improvements

• Help shape new ideas and opportunities to expand access to advice

• Make a real difference for people facing financial hardship, housing problems, debt, benefits issues and other challenges

• You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to social justice and helping people find their way forward. This role offers genuine scope to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute to the growth of an ambitious and innovative service.

Regular travel around Kent will be needed to meet with potential and existing partners and to promote the Kent Advice Hub. For this reason, you must be able to travel without reliance on public transport. There will be scope for some home working, depending on needs of the service.
