About the role
Are you passionate about helping people manage their finances and reduce debt? We are seeking a committed and experienced Outreach Debt Caseworker to join our Money Advice Team at York Citizens Advice.
In this vital role, you will:
*Deliver comprehensive, client-focused debt management advice, covering several of our outreach locations across the city and in the community.
*Manage a full caseload with professionalism and care.
*Contribute to reporting for Citizens Advice and funders.
We are looking for someone who is confident working independently and as part of a team, with a genuine commitment to improving lives through quality debt advice.
