About the role
Job description:
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Financial Resilience Coordinator. The main purpose of this role is to support, develop, and champion the Financial Resilience Framework, working closely with the CEO, the Research & Campaigns Lead and key partners to ensure it delivers meaningful improvements for people experiencing financial hardship across Arun, Chichester and West Sussex.
Your main duties will include supporting the implementation, growth and continuous improvement of the Financial Resilience Framework; developing and maintaining effective partnerships across sectors; promoting the benefits of a holistic, person-centred approach to tackling financial hardship; supporting quality assurance and performance monitoring activities; and encouraging organisations to embed the Framework within their services and communities.
The postholder will work closely with the relevant Research & Campaigns Leads across partner organisations to strengthen collaboration, share learning and maximise the impact of the Framework across West Sussex.
They will also support the collection, analysis and sharing of evidence, insight and lived experience to inform decision-making, influence policy, identify emerging trends and contribute to research, reporting and campaigns that address the root causes of poverty, financial exclusion and inequality.
