About the role

The Role:

Be part of a fantastic local charity making a huge impact on the well-being of our community. Citizens Advice East Hampshire are looking for a self motivated and compassionate Crisis and Triage Assessor to join our team in this new and rewarding role.

The Triage Assessor plays a key role in supporting residents across Hampshire who are experiencing a sudden financial shock. Acting as the first point of contact for the Crisis and Resilience Service, the role provides timely, consistent, and professional triage of enquiries and applications for the grant. This ensures that residents in crisis receive an appropriate and prompt response, including access to emergency financial support where eligible, as well as referral or signposting to wider Citizens Advice and other support services. You will work with teams across the County under the leadership of the Project Manager to deliver the CRF objectives and tasks, engaging with team meetings and other opportunities to deliver the project.
