Migrant Worker Adviser

We are looking for a passionate Migrant Adviser who will work across the Greater Manchester area supporting international workers with high quality advice and practical support.

What You'll Do

As our Migrant Workers Adviser, you'll provide guidance, advice and support to Migrant workers ensuring they understand their rights and can access the support they need. You'll deliver advice across multiple areas including employment rights, immigration, housing, and wellbeing, while working closely with partner organisations to protect vulnerable workers from exploitation.

What We're Looking For

Experience in advice delivery, preferably within Citizens Advice or similar organisation

Understanding of issues affecting Migrant workers

Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultural barriers

Knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures

Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion

Ability to work independently and manage complex cases
